"I would like to commend you and your staff, especially "STEVE" at the main desk, for the honest, straightforward and professional manner in which they handled a recent automotive problem my 1991 Ford Taurus (what else) experienced.

Steve, who could probably emcee the academy awards, promptly inspected my car and politely explained the problems found therein. Furthermore, he courteously explained the options available, unfortunately none of which were financially feasible.

Quite frankly, Steve, recognizing that a very difficult situation existed, handled this in a very positive manner, making my ultimate decision easier.

By the way, when all was said and done, Steve advised me that there would be no charge.

"Just wanted to let you know, so far so good on the transmission work you guys did on my green Ford Ranger about 2 weeks ago. It seems to be shifting very smoothly. It seems a little hesitant from 1st to 2nd but I'm not sure that is related to the transmission. Other than that, it's working great.

It's really nice to know there are some honest businessmen left around here that a person can count on to do the job right, do it quick and not charge the customer an arm and a leg for the work. After my bad experience with the crooks up the road from you about 2 years ago, it was really refreshing to experience you level of customer care. I'll tell you, those guys shouldn't be in business. They baited me with a teaser prices of $1,800 and then by the time the job was done they had screwed me royally for $3,200. That's just not right.

Anyway, many thanks again, I'll be recommending you guys to whoever I come across needing transmission work. Merry Christmas to you and your staff."

"I waited this long to give you the update on the vibration and noise in my Jeep as I could not believe those "U" Joints could do that. Although no "U" Joints could be located at any parts store, it forced me to try something. After pulling the driveshaft and forcing WD-40 in the holes, most of the problem was gone. I purchased new shafts from Jeep, installed them and waited approximately 500 miles to make sure, "problem solved". Once again, thank you for your help, you were right on target."
